Before it closes
- Download your files. The notice offers a data package download with "Assets you uploaded and assets you generated with PicCopilot", your order and credit history, and your account details. Save your finished listing images somewhere you control, at full size.
- Check your refund. Pro Plan subscriptions active on September 27 "will receive a full refund for that subscription period", to the original payment method with no application. It takes about 30 days from when it starts. Check it on the Refund Status and Data Downloads page, and if it hasn't arrived, the notice says to write to support@piccopilot.com.
- Know what gets deleted. Apart from records kept by law, the notice says your data "will be destroyed within a maximum of 90 days starting from December 8, 2026", and can't be recovered.
- Your live listings don't change. Our note, not PicCopilot's: Amazon keeps its own copy of the images you uploaded, so they stay on your listings when PicCopilot closes. What you lose is the files and projects inside PicCopilot.
Your options for Amazon listing images
- Accio Work. PicCopilot's own pick: "Some of PicCopilot's capabilities have already been migrated to Accio Work, covering image creation and other work scenarios." See Accio.
- Make them yourself. A photo editor or design tool, image by image. Start with what each listing image should show and how to make infographic images.
- A tool built for Amazon listings, like ReddStudio, which is ours. More on it below. Designers, agencies and other tools are compared in Amazon infographic services.
Whatever you use, Amazon's rules are the same: the main image on pure white, and every image must show the product accurately. They're in Amazon product image requirements.
What ReddStudio does
You upload one photo of your product, add its title and bullets, and pick Amazon. ReddStudio makes the 6 images of a listing in one style: the main image on pure white, then 5 more, among them infographics with lines from your own details and a lifestyle scene. It redraws the whole picture, product included, so check each image against your real product before you upload.
- Your first listing's 6 images are free as a watermarked preview, with no card.
- One clean listing with A+ Content is $9.99, one time.
- Pro is $39.99 a month, or $29.99 a month paid yearly, for 10 listings a month.
