What Brand Story is for
A+ Content answers one question: why buy this product. Brand Story answers a different one: who makes it, and what else do they sell. It's the block made for sending a shopper to your other products and your Store, so treat it as a small shop window, not a second A+ banner.
The parts and their sizes
A Brand Story is one background image with a row of cards on top. The sizes below are from a live product page. Amazon shows the required size in each upload box, so check it there before you export.
| Part | Size on a live page (px) | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Background | 1,464 × 625 | The brand in one picture: your place, your people or your product line |
| Image card | 362 × 453 | One idea per card: a product, a material, a use |
| Logo and description card | Logo plus a short text | Your name and one or two plain sentences about the brand |
| Product cards | Picked from your catalog | Links to your other products |
| Q&A card | Text | Real questions buyers ask, answered in your own words |
What to put on the cards
- Start with the brand, not the product. The product already has the whole page above.
- Use the product cards. A story where every card shows the same item wastes the one place that can sell the rest of your line.
- Write one short line per card. The cards are small, and on a phone the text shrinks with them.
- Answer real questions in the Q&A card, the ones you see in buyer messages or reviews.
- Keep it true. The same content rules as A+ apply: no prices, no promotions, no reviews and no claims you can't back.
Mistakes that get skipped or rejected
- Text placed where the cards cover the background. Leave the left and middle of the background calm.
- Spelling mistakes in headline text inside images. Amazon's review won't always catch them, and buyers will.
- A gift box, a "bestseller" badge or a certification that isn't real. Anything in the picture reads as a promise.
- Ten cards that each repeat the hero photo with a new slogan. Fewer cards with different content read better.

FAQ
Where does Brand Story show on the product page?
Under the "From the brand" heading, above the A+ Content section. Shoppers swipe or click through its cards sideways.
Who can make a Brand Story?
Brand owners enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, the same sellers who can make A+ Content. You make it in A+ Content Manager in Seller Central.
What size is the Brand Story background?
1,464 × 625 px on a live desktop page. Keep text and faces away from the edges, since the cards sit on top of the background.
Does Brand Story replace A+ Content?
No. It is a separate block above A+. A+ sells one product; Brand Story introduces the brand and links to the rest of your catalog.
Can one Brand Story go on all my products?
Yes. You choose which products it applies to when you submit it, so one story can cover your whole catalog.
