Amazon A+ Comparison Chart: Rules and Sizes (2026)

Last updated October 16, 2026

Quick answer

The A+ comparison chart puts your product next to your own related products, one column each, with rows for the facts a buyer compares. Basic A+ uses a 150 × 300 px image per product and Premium uses 200 × 225 px. Compare only your own products, fill rows with facts that are in each listing, and leave out prices, promotions, reviews and guarantees.

Why it's worth a module

A shopper who isn't sure about this product is close to leaving. The comparison chart gives them another of your products instead of a competitor's: the bigger size, the set, the other color. It only works if you sell related products, so skip it if you have one item.

What you may compare

  • Only your own products. No other brand's product, name or logo.
  • Put this product first, so the chart reads as "this one, or one of these".
  • Pick products a buyer would really weigh against each other: sizes, sets, versions.

Choosing the rows

Each row is a promise for every column. A checkmark under "dishwasher safe" means that product is dishwasher safe, so only use rows you can back for every product in the chart.

  • Use facts from each product's own listing: size, capacity, material, what's in the box, who it's for.
  • Keep the same wording across columns, so the difference is easy to see.
  • Leave a row out rather than guess. An empty or wrong cell costs more trust than a short chart.
  • Show real differences. A chart where every column has the same checkmarks gives the buyer no reason to choose.

FAQ

Can I compare my product with a competitor in A+?

No. The chart is for your own catalog. Naming or showing another brand's product is not allowed, and A+ that does it gets rejected.

How many products fit in the comparison chart?

Several of your products, one column each. Amazon shows the limit in A+ Content Manager, so check it there. Put this product in the first column.

What image size does the comparison chart use?

150 × 300 px per product in Basic A+, and 200 × 225 px per product in the Premium comparison table.

Can I put prices in the comparison chart?

No. Prices, discounts, shipping and promotions are not allowed anywhere in A+ Content, the chart included.

What rows work best?

The facts a buyer weighs between your products: size, capacity, material, what is included, and who each one is for. Use the same wording each product listing uses.
